Nature of Digital Products
Youngmind delivers intangible digital resources, software services, platform access, data-driven modules and downloadable files. Digital products are not like physical items that can be sent back unused. Once delivered, the customer immediately gains partial or complete value of the product at the very moment of activation. For this reason, digital goods cannot be returned after delivery because there is no practical or technical possibility to ensure that the product is not copied, stored, shared, used or distributed after access. Therefore, Youngmind strictly follows a no-return policy once the product has been delivered, activated, accessed or downloaded.
Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
To maintain fairness, clarity and transparency with our users, we expect customers to be well informed before placing their order. Youngmind strongly encourages every buyer to review product details and important information prior to making payment. This includes:
- Verifying product features and usage scope
- Reading product descriptions and guidelines thoroughly
- Exploring demos or previews when available
- Understanding the nature of access-based software services
- Asking questions to clarify doubts before making a purchase decision
Our support team is available to guide customers in identifying the correct plan/module based on their needs. By purchasing, the customer agrees that they have reviewed all details carefully and understand that returns are not possible after activation or delivery.
Post-Activation Irreversibility
After digital activation is done, the licensed access, files, resources or credentials become technically and legally considered as “delivered and consumed”. Digital products do not have the capability to be “returned unused” because access is already granted to the buyer and there is no physical or digital mechanism to reverse the knowledge, content or assets already obtained. Once the customer logs in, downloads, installs, activates or opens the delivered material, the product is considered fully delivered. This is a universal standard for all digital and software-based transactions.
No Trial to Full Conversion Clause
In certain cases, customers might test or view some part of the product before final payment through demo, preview or sample view. However, once the purchase is completed and full access is granted, the transaction becomes final. Any claim stating “tried but didn’t like”, “expected something different” or “requirement has changed now” will not be considered eligible for return because the product has already served delivery value.
Awareness and Consent of Digital Model
By placing an order on Youngmind platform, the customer acknowledges, accepts and consents that:
- The business model is digital
- Delivery is electronic
- Digital products cannot be returned
- There is no option for return or undo after activation
The customer also confirms that they have read, understood and agree with all return conditions before completing the purchase. This protects both parties and maintains a professional, standardized digital commerce experience.
