Youngmind believes in fairness, transparency and ethical business practice in every customer interaction. Therefore, our refund policy is structured in a formal, clear and responsible manner. However, since digital products are delivered instantly and provide immediate value upon activation, refunds are only applicable in a few genuine and exceptional cases. We do not encourage refunds based on customer preference or personal decision changes, because digital access cannot be reversed after delivery.

Valid Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after complete internal verification and confirmation of the issue. Youngmind approves refunds only under the following justified scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment or multiple charges by accident
  • Incorrect billing amount due to technical system error
  • Complete non-delivery of digital product or access from Youngmind despite repeated follow-ups and support requests from customer

Every refund request undergoes proper evaluation to maintain integrity and fairness.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be provided for customer-side issues such as misunderstanding of features, change of mind after purchase, wrong product selection, or dissatisfaction after usage. Digital activation cannot be reversed, therefore refund requests without valid technical cause cannot be accepted.

Refund Will Not Be Processed If:

  • Customer regrets purchase after payment
  • Customer purchased without reading details
  • Customer assumed features which are not included
  • Customer already accessed, downloaded or used the product
  • Customer wants refund due to change of preference or personal decision

Refund Procedure:

Customers who want to apply for refund must email our support team and submit:

  • Order reference number
  • Registered email ID used for purchase
  • Payment proof or screenshot
  • Detailed explanation for refund reason

Once approved, refund will be initiated back to same payment method used originally. The refund credit timeline may vary between 7 to 14 working days depending on banks and payment gateways.

By placing an order at Youngmind, customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this refund policy without any objection.

Refund Processing and Verification

Every refund request undergoes a strict review process. Youngmind will validate the transaction, payment reference, delivery status and product access logs. Only after confirming that the customer did not receive the service due to error from our side AND the customer has not accessed the delivered content, refund may be considered. This ensures fair and ethical processing.

Refund Limitations for Digital Products

We cannot approve refund requests based on personal expectations, comparisons with other products, change of decision after purchase or preference-based dissatisfaction. Digital products provide immediate value after access, which cannot be revoked. Like all global digital service companies, Youngmind must follow this standard to protect intellectual property and prevent misuse.

Refund Decision Finality

Once Youngmind has completed the verification and communicated the refund decision, that decision will be final and binding. Customers cannot request reconsideration based on changed opinions or new reasons after decision. Refunds, if approved, will only be returned to the original payment method.
