                    We at YMTS, INDIA always emphasize the inclusion of women at every stage of their career. Our
                        organizational framework promotes gender inclusion and empowerment. We focus on training and
                        mentoring programs for women, provide networking opportunities with women leaders across the
                        industry, and ensure inclusive policies and practices that foster a gender-inclusive work
                        environment at YMTS, INDIA.
                    In our organization, women represent 25% of our Board and 40% of our workforce. Our global and
                        local initiatives continue to strengthen the participation of women in technology and business,
