We at YMTS,INDIA always emphasize on the inclusion of women in every stage of their career. Our organization framework always promotes gender inclusion and empowerment. We always focus on training and mentoring programs for women, networking opportunities with women leaders from across the industry, and inclusive policies and practices foster a gender-inclusive work environment at YMTS,INDIA.

In our organization women represent 25% of our Board and 40% of our workforce. Our global and local initiatives continue to strengthen the participation of women in technology and business. These initiatives are likely to push the share of women working in tech space in India.

Cultural Diversity

Our objective is to enhance understanding of business culture of the world as well as providing an opportunity to our employees to interact with their colleagues to understand their cultures irrespective of different backgrounds, races ,sexual orientations or different political views.
